½ cup olive oil

1 tablespoon orange juice

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 romaine lettuce, roughly chopped

2 tomatoes, cut into wedges

4 radishes, sliced

1 onion, sliced

1 avocado, chopped

Instructions:

Add the oil, lemon juice, orange juice, garlic, salt and pepper to a jar and shake till combined.

Add the lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, onion and avocado to a bowl and mix.

Drizzle the salad over the mixture and combine.

Serve and enjoy.
